14 military cargo planes from US, Germany arrive in Israel
Amid the ongoing conflict with Iran, 14 military cargo planes from the United States and Germany have arrived in Israel. These planes carried various types of military equipment and support supplies. The information was confirmed by Israel’s Ministry of Defense.
According to a report by Turkish news agency Anadolu, on Thursday (June 20), the Israeli Ministry of Defense said in a statement that since launching attacks against Iran on June 13, Israel has been regularly receiving military supplies by sea and air. This new shipment is part of that ongoing process.
The statement also mentioned that the military equipment will help strengthen the Israeli army’s operational readiness.
According to the ministry, this is not the only shipment—since Israel's attack on Gaza began on October 7 last year, more than 800 military cargo planes have arrived in the country.
However, the authorities did not provide any details about the specific types of weapons or equipment in this latest shipment. There has also been no official comment from the US or Germany.
The current conflict began when Israel carried out airstrikes on various Iranian military and nuclear sites. In response, Iran launched missile attacks.
According to Israeli sources, Iran’s attacks have so far killed at least 25 people and injured hundreds. On the other hand, Iranian media claim that Israeli attacks have killed at least 639 people in Iran and injured over 1,300.
