4 family members found slaughtered in Naogaon

Four members of the same family were killed by miscreants in Niamatpur upazila of Naogaon. The incident took place in Bahadurpur village of Bahadurpur union of the upazila on Monday night (April 20).

However, the police could not reveal the exact reason for the murder. They said that efforts are being made to identify the deceased.

Naogaon district Superintendent of Police Tariqul Islam confirmed the truth of the incident on Tuesday morning (April 21). He told View Bangladesh that necessary instructions have been given to Niamatpur Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Mahbubur Rahman to take immediate necessary action. Several more police teams are on their way to the spot.

The Superintendent of Police also said that efforts are being made to identify those involved in the incident. The process of sending the bodies to Naogaon Sadar Hospital for autopsy is underway.
