Five people have been killed in a shooting at a youth welfare facility in the northern German town of Stade. Two individuals have been arrested, including the primary suspect behind the attack, a police spokesperson told the BBC. Police have stated that there is no ongoing danger to the general public. In a statement shared on social media, authorities advised the public to avoid the area. Local footage shows a massive police presence and emergency service personnel continuing operations at the scene. However, the motive behind the attack remains unclear, according to the police.
