6,668 civilian structures damaged in Iran: Red Crescent
Since the war began on February 28, at least 6,668 civilian structures have been damaged in attacks across Iran, the Iranian Red Crescent Society has reported.
Fars News Agency published this information in a report based on statistics from the organisation.
According to the report, the damaged structures include 5,535 residential buildings or units, 1,041 commercial establishments, 14 medical centres, 65 educational institutions, and 13 centres affiliated with the Red Crescent Society.
It was also reported that several rescue and relief vehicles were damaged during the attacks. The report mentioned that several Red Crescent workers were injured while engaged in rescue operations.
Conflict has been ongoing in various parts of Iran since the United States and Israel jointly launched attacks on the country on February 28.
