Afghanistan to host Bangladesh for white-ball series in UAE

The Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) has officially released the schedule for the upcoming white-ball series against Bangladesh, set to be held entirely in the United Arab Emirates.

As part of the tour, Afghanistan and Bangladesh will face off in three T20 Internationals and three One Day Internationals. The series will take place following the conclusion of the Asia Cup.

The T20I series is scheduled to begin on October 2, with the second and third matches to be played on October 4 and 6 respectively. The ODI leg of the tour will commence on October 9, followed by the remaining two fixtures on October 11 and 14.

Commenting on the announcement, ACB Chief Executive Naseeb Khan said, “We are proud to host the series against Bangladesh. This tour highlights the strength of our mutual relations and reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering top-level international cricket at neutral venues.”
