However, upon returning to the country, she was spotted in a different mood. The Kapoor family daughter-in-law was captured by paparazzi outside Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai, sparking intense speculation online.

Alia was seen wearing a loose white outfit, with messy hair but a sweet smile on her lips. The video quickly went viral on social media, leading netizens to wonder whether Ranbir and Alia's family might soon welcome a new arrival.
