Alia Bhatt's retro cabaret look from Love and War goes viral

Sanjay Leela Bhansali's upcoming film 'Love and War' is on the way. Made with a romantic thriller story, the film features Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt in the lead role alongside Ranveer Kapoor. A new look from the much-anticipated Indian film has been released. In it, Alia Bhatt shines as a glamorous heroine.

In the new poster of the film, the actress appears in an alluring retro cabaret avatar. It has literally created a storm in the minds of Alia's fans.

In the poster, Alia can be seen sitting on a chair. She was wearing an attractive slit skirt and a special kind of headpiece. She has brought out a retro feel through her royal look, pose and intense expression in her eyes.

Sharing the eye-catching poster, the makers wrote in the caption, "Aag bhi, dilon ki jaan bhi!" (Both fire, and the heartbeat of hearts!).

Earlier, Ranveer Kapoor's first look from the same film was released. But this time, Alia's presence seemed to double the frenzy of fans on social media.

Moving beyond the bounds of period dramas, Sanjay Leela Bhansali is making 'Love and War' in a contemporary setting. This is the director's second work with Alia. After the film 'Brahmastra', Alia is once again sharing the screen with her real-life husband Ranveer Kapoor.

The makers are continuing the film's official promotional campaign through the unveiling of the lead stars' looks. The film is scheduled to be released in cinemas worldwide on January 21, 2027.
