The new poetry book 'Alif Lam Meem and Mohuya's Maromi Gam' by the popular poet Poliar Wahid has been published at the Amar Ekushey Book Fair 2024.

Mahdi Anam, the proprietor of Ghashful, informs that the book has been published to foster new ideas and the poet's boldness. He believes that the poet has successfully created a profound environment using celestial language and imagery, which is a challenging task, to depict a mysterious atmosphere. Simultaneously, physical and psychological themes are new here and a source of pride in the realm of Bengali poetry.

Here are five published poetry books by Poliar Wahid: "Prithibi Paper Palki" (2015), "Siddha Dhaner Om" (2016), "Somoygulo Ghumonto Shingher" (2018), "Doaash Matir Kokil" (2020). The poetry book "Song of Soil" was published in 2022, translated from his poetry collection from India's Blackhole publications.

Apart from that, "Siddha Dhaner Om" has secured a place among the top ten books in discussions. On the other hand, for "Doaash Matir Kokil", he received the "Krittibas, Tarapada Ray Commemoration" award from Kolkata, West Bengal. Since then, this talented poet has become widely popular among readers in both Bengali-speaking regions.
