Anupam Roy's concert postponed

Indian West Bengal singer Anupam Roy was scheduled to perform tomorrow (June 26) at the United Convention Center in the capital. However, at the last minute on Thursday, the organizing institution, Yamaha Music Bangladesh, announced the postponement of the concert through a notice.

The organizers stated that all necessary preparations had been completed for the concert titled "One True Sound with Anupam Roy." The concert was planned to be organized based on the approvals obtained. However, due to unavoidable circumstances, the organizers were instructed not to hold the event. Consequently, the decision has been made to temporarily postpone the concert.

Yamaha Music Bangladesh said, "We express our sincere gratitude to all audience members, well-wishing partners, sponsors, and associates for standing by us during this unexpected situation. We remain hopeful that we will be able to gather with you again for an unforgettable evening of music at a more favorable time soon."

Yamaha Music Bangladesh further informed that the next date for the concert will be announced on their official Facebook page within the next 24 hours. Additionally, those who purchased advance tickets can choose to refund the ticket price.

Singer and director Emon Chowdhury's musical group, Bengal Symphony, was also scheduled to perform alongside Anupam Roy at this concert.
