Attempted burglary at Kim Kardashian’s $60 million home, one arrested

Police have arrested a man for allegedly attempting to burglarise Hollywood star Kim Kardashian’s home in Hidden Hills, Los Angeles.

A security guard reportedly spotted the suspect removing items from the property and loading them into a car on Sunday afternoon before alerting police.

The suspect was subsequently arrested at the scene. Police said no one was injured in the incident and no weapon was found in the suspect’s possession.

The property, valued at around $60 million, or approximately Tk 7,400 crore, is currently undergoing renovations.

Neither Kim Kardashian nor her four children were at the house at the time of the incident.

Representatives for Kim said the suspect did not manage to enter the main part of the residence.

Kim and Kanye West purchased the property for around $20 million in 2014.

Following their divorce, Kim reportedly spent about $23 million to retain ownership of the house.

The property is currently undergoing extensive renovations.
