Bangladesh has strongly condemned the Houthi attack on Saudi Arabian territory. At the same time, Dhaka has expressed full solidarity with the government and people of Saudi Arabia. The condemnation was made in a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Tuesday (September 8). The statement said Bangladesh firmly rejects all forms of violent activities against civilians and infrastructure. It further said Bangladesh expresses full solidarity with the government and the brotherly people of Saudi Arabia. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also reaffirmed Bangladesh's unwavering support for Saudi Arabia's sovereignty, territorial integrity and security.

সৌদি আরবের ভূখণ্ডে হুতিদের হামলার তীব্র নিন্দা জানিয়েছে বাংলাদেশ। একই সঙ্গে সৌদি আরবের সরকার ও দেশটির জনগণের প্রতি পূর্ণ সংহতি প্রকাশ করেছে ঢাকা। মঙ্গলবার (৮ সেপ্টেম্বর) পররাষ্ট্র মন্ত্রণালয়ের এক বিবৃতিতে এ নিন্দা জানানো হয়। বিবৃতিতে বলা হয়, বাংলাদেশ বেসামরিক নাগরিক ও অবকাঠামোর বিরুদ্ধে সব ধরনের সহিংস কর্মকাণ্ড দৃঢ়ভাবে প্রত্যাখ্যান করে। এতে আরও বলা হয়, সৌদি আরবের সরকার ও ভ্রাতৃপ্রতিম জনগণের প্রতি পূর্ণ সংহতি প্রকাশ করছে বাংলাদেশ। সৌদি আরবের সার্বভৌমত্ব, আঞ্চলিক অখণ্ডতা ও নিরাপত্তার প্রতি বাংলাদেশের অবিচল সমর্থনও পুনর্ব্যক্ত করেছে পররাষ্ট্র মন্ত্রণালয়।
