Bangladesh has slipped one place in the FIFA rankings after losing 1-0 to Singapore in the Asian Cup qualifiers.

Bangladesh's current position in the updated FIFA list is now 181st. However, not only Bangladesh, but also the two superpowers of Latin football, Argentina and Brazil, have been hit by this big change in the rankings.

The biggest surprise in the rankings was France. The French have moved up two places to the top of the list, relying on the excellent form of Kylian Mbappe and Ousmane Dembele. On the other hand, Spain has lost its top spot and dropped one place, that is, to number two.

Meanwhile, world champion Argentina's position has dropped from two to three. Another Latin American superpower, Brazil, has also not been able to take advantage. Vinicius Junior's team has dropped from fifth to sixth. England has retained the fourth place in the top five. However, Cristiano Ronaldo's Portugal has moved up one place to make it into the top five.

Brazil, which is in sixth place, is followed by the Netherlands, Morocco, Belgium and Germany in the next four places respectively.
