Bangladeshi teen innovator Niveer wins double gold medals in Indonesia
Bangladesh has once again earned international recognition through the talent and creativity of a young innovator.
Sixteen-year-old Bangladeshi student Md Yeastahiul Alam Niveer won two gold medals at two prestigious international innovation and research competitions held in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Niveer is a tenth-grade student of Adamjee Cantonment Public School in Dhaka. From an early age, he has shown a strong interest in science, technology, research, and innovation. His hard work, dedication, and passion for learning have helped him achieve remarkable success on the global stage.
According to sources, Niveer participated in the Innovation World Cup 2026 and the International Invention & Innovation Competition 2026. Through his innovative ideas, research skills, and creative projects, he impressed the judges and stood out among hundreds of competitors.
The competitions brought together 458 innovators, researchers, and students from 16 countries. In the final round, held on June 6, Niveer won an International Gold Medal in both competitions, bringing great honor to Bangladesh. As the country's representative, he not only showcased his own talent but also strengthened Bangladesh's image on the world stage.
His achievement is more than just winning two gold medals. It reflects the talent, potential, and creativity of Bangladesh’s young generation.
