BCB accepts resignation of senior coach Salahuddin

The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has accepted the resignation of the national team’s senior batting coach Mohammad Salahuddin.
In a statement on Wednesday evening (November 5), BCB said Salahuddin will step down after the upcoming home Test and T20 series against Ireland later this month.
Salahuddin, who rejoined the national team in November last year for a second stint, earlier served as assistant and fielding coach from 2006 to 2010 and as a specialist coach at the National Cricket Academy in 2010–11.
BCB Cricket Operations Chairman Nazmul Abedeen Fahim said the board will discuss his decision internally after the Ireland series.
