BCB Director Sujon resigns

Former Bangladesh captain Khaled Mahmud Sujon has resigned from his post as Bangladesh Cricket Board director.

Khaled submitted his resignation to the board Wednesday but the reason for the step down was not revealed. The decision brings end to Khaled’s long affiliation as director of the BCB.

Earlier this month, another former Bangladesh captain Nairmur Rahman resigned from his post as BCB director.

With fall of Sheikh Hasina government on August 5 this year, Nazmul Hasan Papon stepped down as BCB president while Shafiul Alam Chowdhury resigned as chairman of BCB's women’s wing.

The duo however, did not resign as BCB directors.
