BCB elections scheduled for October 4

The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) will hold its elections on October 4, Chief Election Commissioner Mohammad Hossain confirmed after a meeting with BCB officials and election commissioners in Mirpur on Saturday (September 13).

BCB Director Iftekhar Rahman Mithu said the election process is progressing step by step, with three commissioners now in charge.

The primary voter list will be published on September 20, followed by the final list on September 21.

Nomination papers will be sold on September 22-23, with submissions closing on September 25.

The list of valid candidates will be released on September 26, with appeals and hearings on September 27, and the last day for withdrawal on September 28.

The election results will be announced on October 5.
