Following US airstrikes on three Iranian nuclear facilities, President Donald Trump addressed the nation in a speech from the White House at 10.00pm local time on Saturday, describing the operation as “an extraordinary military success.”

Trump said, “Iran must choose the path of peace now. If not, it will face even more devastating attacks in the future.”

“Our goal was to destroy Iran’s uranium enrichment capability and remove the nuclear threat. Tonight, I can proudly say our mission was unique and successful,” he added.

Standing beside Trump during the speech were Vice President JD Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth.

Speaking from the White House entrance, Trump clearly said, “This conflict cannot continue like this. Either there will be peace, or Iran will face a disaster far worse than the past eight days.”

He said US fighter jets bombed three major Iranian nuclear facilities—Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan.

Warning Iran, Trump said Saturday’s attack might be just the beginning.

He said, “Many targets still remain. Tonight’s targets were the most difficult and destructive. But if peace doesn’t come, we will take the next steps with even better planning, speed, and skill.”
