BNP's Fazlur Rahman wins Kishoreganj-4
BNP leader and freedom fighter Fazlur Rahman has been elected from Kishoreganj-4 (Itna–Mithamain–Austagram), securing a landslide victory over his nearest rival, Jamaat-backed candidate Rokon Reza Sheikh.
According to unofficial results from all 150 polling centres across the three upazilas, Fazlur Rahman secured 129,954 votes, while Rokon Reza Sheikh, who contested with the “scales” symbol, secured 57,326 votes.
Reacting to the victory, Fazlur Rahman thanked voters for their support.
