CA Yunus meets UK parliamentary delegation, industry leaders

Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus began his official four-day visit to the United Kingdom with a series of high-level meetings in London on Tuesday.

A delegation from the United Kingdom's All-Party Parliamentary Group held a meeting with Professor Yunus on Wednesday to discuss bilateral cooperation and development initiatives. The discussion focused on strengthening ties between the two nations and exploring opportunities for collaboration in key sectors.

Earlier in the day, Professor Yunus met with Wouter Van Wersch, Executive Vice President of Airbus, at his hotel. Their conversation centered around investment opportunities in Bangladesh's aviation and infrastructure sectors.

Additionally, Charles Wyley, Executive Vice President of Menzies Aviation, met with the Chief Adviser to explore areas of mutual interest in the aviation services industry.

Professor Yunus arrived in London on an Emirates Airlines flight, landing at Heathrow Airport at 7:05 AM local time on Monday.
