Croatia fight back to level the score against England
Croatia have made a stunning comeback in their Group L World Cup match against England in Dallas, levelling the score at 1-1 after going behind early.
England had taken the lead in the ninth minute through captain Harry Kane, who converted a penalty after Luka Modric fouled Noni Madueke inside the box.
After conceding, Croatia gradually settled into the game, increasing their possession in midfield and putting pressure on England's defence with sustained attacks. Their efforts paid off midway through the match when Martin Baturina scored a brilliant goal from outside the box, beating the England goalkeeper to make it 1-1.
The goal brought Croatia back into the contest and reignited the match, with both sides pushing for a winner.
