2 Bangladeshi nationals shot dead in US
Two Bangladeshi nationals were shot dead in broad daylight in the city of Buffalo in the US state of New York. Police confirmed the matter on Saturday night (local time).
According to reports, two people were shot on Hundred Jenner Street at 12:30pm on Saturday (April 27). Immediately after this, the SWAT unit of the police rushed to the spot. Later they confirmed the death of the two.
The police remained silent regarding the identity of both the victim and the perpetrator involved in this incident.
Several emergency vehicles, including two AMR ambulances, were observed near the location, along with a police cordon blocking Jenner Street to East Ferry Street.
Shootings are a frequent occurrence in the United States, a country where the number of firearms exceeds its population.
