Independent candidates supported by Imran Khan's political party Tehreek-e-Insaf are still ahead according to the latest data of Pakistan's national elections. They won 88 seats. Although the result declaration is still going on.

Meanwhile, Nawaz Sharif's Pakistan Muslim League won 61 seats. Pakistan Peoples Party led by Bilwal Bhutto is in third position with 50 seats. Others got 18. Results have not been declared yet in 48 seats. Suspended in one seat.

The total number of seats in the National Assembly of Pakistan is 265. A party needs at least 134 seats to achieve a single majority. Therefore, the published information shows that no party can form the government alone. We have to wait until the alliance is formed. But the alliance is still not clear.

Meanwhile, Tehreek-e-Insaf has not formed an alliance before. On the other hand, it is not clear whether there will be any alliance between Nawaz Sharif and Bhutto's party. So many people think that the citizens of Pakistan have to wait for the new government.

Counting of votes started on Thursday (February 8) evening but the results of 156 constituencies were announced by Friday evening local time. As a result, questions are being raised about the credibility of the election results.
