The third day's play of the Kanpur Test between India and Bangladesh has been postponed due to overnight rain and a wet outfield. In the first Test, only 35 overs were bowled on the opening day, with Bangladesh managing to score 107 for three after being asked to bat. The second day was completely washed out. India currently leads the series after winning the first Test in Chennai by 280 runs.

রাতভর বৃষ্টিতে এখনও ভেজা কানপুরের গ্রিন পার্ক স্টেডিয়ামের আউটফিল্ড। এ কারণে ভারত ও বাংলাদেশের মধ্যকার কানপুর টেস্টের তৃতীয় দিনের খেলা স্থগিত করা হয়েছে। বৃষ্টির কারণে এই টেস্টের প্রথম দিনে মাত্র ৩৫ ওভারের খেলা হয়েছিল। বাংলাদেশি ব্যাটাররা তিন উইকেটে হারিয়ে স্কোরবোর্ডে ১০৭ রান যোগ করতে পেরেছিল। একই কারণে দ্বিতীয় দিনও কোনো বল মাঠে গড়ানো ছাড়াই পরিত্যক্ত হয়। এর আগে চেন্নাইয়ে প্রথম টেস্ট ২৮০ রানে জিতে সিরিজে এগিয়ে আছে ভারত।
