Teaser of 'Daagi' movie released

Since the movie 'Suranga', the audience has been waiting for Afran Nisho's appearance on the big screen for the last two years. Finally, that wait is about to end. Now, he is appearing on the big screen in the costume of prisoner number 786, in his new movie 'Daagi'.

Afran Nisho will be seen in three different looks in this movie, which is set to release on Eid-ul-Fitr. The movie's production company Charki and SVF released a one-minute and seven-second teaser on Tuesday (March 11) night. The caption of the teaser says, "The one who feels the scars of jail once is Daagi, the whole life! Daagi will be seen this Eid-ul-Fitr."

Afran Nisho is seen in three different looks in the teaser. First, he is seen with long hair, then in a normal look, and finally in the costume of prisoner number 786. His character in this movie is named Nishan. Actresses Toma Mirza, Sunerah Binte Kamal and Shahiduzzaman Selim are also seen in the teaser.

The film is produced by Shihab Shaheen. He said, "The audience liked the teaser, it is a matter of joy for us. This is just the first glimpse, more surprises are waiting for the audience." This is Afran Nisho's second film after the movie 'Suranga'. Nisho said about this film, "Every frame has a deep meaning."

Producer Shahriar Shakil said, "We are getting a very good response from the audience after the teaser was released. When the audience comes out of the theater and says good things after watching the movie, then our efforts will be worthwhile."

The story of the movie 'Daagi' will highlight the theme of redemption and atonement, which the country's audience has never seen before, according to the producer. The shooting of the movie was completed late last month and it was shot in various locations in Dhaka, Saidpur, Rajshahi and Gazipur.
