US, UK and French destroy 28 drones of Houthi
The US, UK and France have claimed that they downed 28 drones of Houthi rebels in Yemen. These drones were shot down on the coast of Yemen in the Red Sea.
US, British and French forces say they have repelled a series of attacks by the Iran-backed Houthi group off Yemen's coast, according to international media reports.
Meanwhile, the US military said at least 28 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were downed in the Red Sea early Saturday morning.
The US, along with coalition forces, said it took action after determining an imminent threat of a "large-scale" attack on commercial shipping in the Red Sea.
The Houthi armed group said it targeted a commercial ship named ‘Propel Fortune’, and several US destroyers.
