US-Bangla Airlines to operate 11 flights on Dhaka-Chennai route weekly

US-Bangla Airlines, one of the leading private airlines of the country, has announced to operate 11 flights on Dhaka-Chennai route in a week from April 19, 2024.

According to a press release, the private airlines is set to increase the number of flights as per the growing demands of passengers who travel to India for treatment purpose.

Currently, US-Bangla Airlines operates seven flights on the route weekly.

The additional flights will depart from Dhaka at 1:05pm for Chennai on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday from April 19 and reach Chennai at 3:15pm local time. Besides, additional flights from Chennai will depart for Dhaka at 4:15pm on the same days and arrive at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka at 7:25pm.

The minimum one-way fare has been set TK 15,467 and return fare Tk 26,530.

Currently US-Bangla fleet has a total of 23 aircraft including one Airbus 330-300, 9 Boeing 737-800, 10 brand new ATR 72-600. Another Airbus 330-300 aircraft is going to be added to the US-Bangla fleet very soon.

Besides, US-Bangla has planned to operate flights on Dhaka-Delhi and Dhaka-Jeddah routes in the shortest time.
