Final voter list to be published today

The Election Commission EC will publish the third-phase final voter list today, Tuesday, ahead of the thirteenth national parliamentary election. The EC has said that the election will be conducted based on this list.

Earlier, the draft voter list was published on November 3.

On that day, EC Secretary Akhtar Ahmed said the number of registered voters in the country is approximately 12 crore 76 lakh 12 thousand 384.

Among them, male voters are 6 crore 47 lakh 60 thousand 382; female voters are 6 crore 28 lakh 50 thousand 772; and there are 1,230 hijra voters.

He also said those who turned 18 years of age by October 31, 2025 have qualified to be included in this list. As a result, they will be able to cast their vote in the upcoming national election.
