From 'Malik' to 'LifeLine': Mim's winning streak continues
National Film Award-winning actress Bidya Sinha Mim is earning fresh praise from audiences as the success of her Eid-ul-Azha release 'Malik' continues, alongside positive responses to her web film 'LifeLine', directed by Kazi Asad and released on Father's Day.
Mim is seen in a different character in 'LifeLine', which has received positive reactions from viewers and critics alike since its release. Many believe the actress has matured further in her craft, with audiences discovering a new Mim in character construction, emotional expression and depth of performance.
The web film features veteran actor Khairul Alam Sabuj as Mim's father, whose return to the screen after a long time has also delighted audiences.
Speaking about the positive response to both projects, Mim said, "I always hoped audiences would like 'Malik'. I visited various cinemas after its release and saw their reactions up close. Their love has made me very happy. After 'LifeLine' was released, I also received amazing responses across different platforms. The love I've received for two consecutive projects inspires me to do even better work."
On her future plans, she said, "Acting is my profession. I always try to stay fit and ready. I'm getting regular offers for films, web films and web series. But I want to work on stories and characters that touch my heart and can also find a place in the audience's hearts. Work like 'Paran', 'Malik' and 'LifeLine' inspires me the most."
Mim continues to win audience praise across both big screen and OTT platforms. Her thoughtful choices and interest in presenting herself in diverse characters suggest she will continue to offer something new to audiences in the future.
