Google Pixel 11 leaks in full ahead of launch, prices and specs revealed

Google’s upcoming Pixel 11 lineup has been thrust into the spotlight weeks before its official unveiling after an apparent publishing error briefly exposed the devices on the company's Amazon storefront.

The accidental listing revealed pricing, storage options, colour variants and battery details for all four models in the Pixel 11 series before Google removed the pages. However, screenshots captured by several technology publications have provided what is widely considered the most credible look yet at the next-generation flagship smartphones.

According to reports by Android Central, PC Guide and Droid-Life, the listings appeared briefly on Google's official Amazon page in mid-July before being taken offline.

Google is scheduled to unveil the Pixel 11 series during its Made by Google event in New York on August 12. Pre-orders are expected to open immediately after the launch, with retail availability likely to begin around August 20.

The leaked listings suggest Google will increase prices across the lineup in the US, while simultaneously doubling the entry-level storage.

The base Pixel 11 is expected to start at US$899 with 256GB of storage, indicating Google has dropped the previous 128GB entry-level option.

Interestingly, the pricing picture appears different in the UK, where reports suggest the standard Pixel 11 could launch at £879, slightly below its predecessor's £899 price tag. The Pro model is also expected to receive a modest price reduction.

One of the biggest surprises involves memory configuration.

Reports indicate that the Pixel 11 Pro and Pixel 11 Pro XL could ship with 12GB of RAM, down from 16GB on the previous generation. Industry observers attribute the move to ongoing global memory supply constraints—sometimes referred to as "RAMageddon."

Google has previously acknowledged broader memory market pressures and said it is working to make Android more memory-efficient while managing rising component costs.

The foldable Pixel 11 Pro Fold is also expected to receive notable hardware changes.

While the starting price is tipped to remain at US$1,899, the device could feature a 4,750mAh battery, down from the 5,000mAh battery used in the previous model.

The leaked information also points to four new colour options for the standard Pixel 11:

Hibiscus
Obsidian

The lineup is also expected to debut Google's first 2-nanometre chipset, alongside a new notification light ring feature that the company has already teased in promotional material.

Although none of the leaked specifications have been officially confirmed, the accidental Amazon listing has fuelled widespread discussion over Google's pricing strategy, particularly as smartphone makers grapple with higher component costs.

Whether consumers will embrace the higher price tags—or view them as a consequence of the ongoing global memory shortage—will become clearer when Google officially unveils the Pixel 11 series on August 12.
