How to apply for SSC re-scrutiny online
Students who are not satisfied with their SSC and equivalent examination results will have an opportunity to apply for re-scrutiny of their answer scripts under a new procedure this year. The application fee has been set at Tk 150 per subject.
According to a letter from the Dhaka Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, applications for re-scrutiny can be submitted from August 11 to August 17.
How to apply
To apply, students must first visit the website rescrutiny.eduboardresults.gov.bd and enter their roll and registration numbers. After selecting their board from the list, they must submit the details. A mobile number must then be provided. After the re-scrutiny results are published, the outcome will be communicated via SMS to that number.
In the next step, students will be able to view their subject-wise results. They must select the subject or subjects they wish to have re-scrutinised and proceed to the payment process. For subjects with two papers, separate applications must be submitted for each paper.
Fees can be paid through bKash, Nagad or Sonali Service. Detailed payment instructions will be available on the portal. After payment, students must click the designated button to finally submit their application.
Conditions to follow
Once an application is submitted with payment, no new subjects can be added. However, if adding new subjects, there is no need to provide the mobile number again.
If a student wishes to make changes to their application before payment, they can cancel unprocessed subjects and select new ones.
However, once the fee is paid, the application cannot be cancelled. Under no circumstances will the paid fee be refunded.
Additionally, no manual applications will be accepted. The entire re-scrutiny process must be completed online.
