US President Donald Trump has claimed that if he had not been there, Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif would have also died.

In his address to the joint session of Congress, President Donald Trump referred to the India-Pakistan conflict and said that if he had not been there, 35 million people would have died.

In his speech, Donald Trump said that he has stopped eight wars in the first 10 months of his second term as president.

Noting that a nuclear war could have occurred between India and Pakistan, he said, 'The Prime Minister of Pakistan told me that if I had not been there, 35 million people could have died.' Trump even claimed that if he had not been there, Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif would have died.

Midterm elections are scheduled in the United States at the end of this year. Earlier, Trump addressed a joint session of the US Congress at the Capitol in Washington. At the beginning, while mentioning the success of the economy, he said that America has returned to its former glory.

Last year, Trump announced trade tariffs on various countries. Recently, the US Supreme Court rejected many of his tariff policies. The US President called the Supreme Court's ruling 'unfortunate' in his speech. He said, 'The ruling that the court gave just four days ago is unfortunate. But the good news is that most countries want to trade with the United States under the new agreement.'

Donald Trump said that the first year of his second term was actually supposed to be his third term as president. But strange things happen in the world.
