India plans to deploy drones, radars, smart cameras and other advanced surveillance technologies along approximately 6,000 kilometres of its borders with Bangladesh and Pakistan within the next year .

The project aims to create an impenetrable border security grid by integrating all types of technology into the BSF's security system under the Smart Border concept .
