India wants to maintain good relations with Bangladesh: Shama Obaed

State Minister for Foreign Affairs Shama Obaed has said that India wants to maintain good relations with Bangladesh.

The state minister shared this information at a press conference at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Monday, March 9.

She said India wants to establish a new relationship with the newly elected government. They want to move Bangladesh-India relations forward through mutual respect.

Responding to a question about what the government is doing regarding bringing back Hasina, the state minister said this is an ongoing process and that process is continuing. We want justice for all those who committed crimes during the 17 years of anti-fascist movement and those who were brutally killed in July. BNP is making efforts in this regard.
