Iran has executed a "senior spy" on charges of cooperating with Israel’s Mossad intelligence agency, reports Al Jazeera. Majid Mosaibi provided Mossad with extensive "sensitive information" during the ongoing conflict between Iran and Israel, the judiciary said via its official news agency, Mizan. Mizan said that Majid was hanged on Sunday morning (June 22), Iran's Supreme Court confirmed. He had previously been tried in a full criminal process.
