Iran, Israel will 'Reach a Deal' to end conflict: Trump
Former U.S. President Donald Trump has said that Iran and Israel will reach an agreement to end the ongoing conflict. He added that numerous phone calls and meetings are currently underway to achieve this goal.
According to a CNN report, Trump wrote in a post on Truth Social on Sunday morning (June 15, U.S. local time), “Iran and Israel should come to a deal; they will reach an agreement—just like I did between India and Pakistan.”
He also noted that during his first term as president, he played a role in easing tensions between Serbia and Kosovo, as well as Egypt and Ethiopia, both of which were facing serious confrontations at the time.
Trump said, “In a similar way, we will soon establish peace between Israel and Iran. There are currently many ongoing phone calls and meetings.”
He concluded the post by saying, “I do a lot of things, but never get the credit—but that’s okay, people understand. Make the Middle East Great Again!”
