Iran has laid out six key conditions to end the ongoing war with the United States and Israel. A senior Iranian political and security official said no agreement or deal is possible without these conditions being met.

The information was confirmed in a report by Mehr News on Sunday, March 22. According to the official, Iran has been implementing a multi-faceted defence strategy developed months ago. With 'high-level strategic patience', Tehran has made clear that military operations will continue until its stated goals are achieved.

In an interview with Lebanon's Al-Mayadeen, the Iranian official claimed that after destroying US and Israeli air defence and radar systems in various parts of the Middle East, Iran has now established 'full control' over Israeli airspace.

He further stated that Iran will continue its policy of punishing aggressors until the United States and Israel receive a 'historic lesson' and a crushing response is delivered to US President Donald Trump's policies. Tehran has indicated that while Washington has sent proposals to end the war through various regional mediators, Iran will not back down from its preconditions.

Iran's six conditions are: first, a concrete guarantee that no war will break out again in the future; second, the permanent closure of all US military bases in the Middle East; third, full compensation for the damages Iran has suffered during the war; fourth, an end to all military activities and warfare across the Middle East; fifth, the establishment of a new international legal framework for the strategically vital Strait of Hormuz; and sixth, the prosecution and extradition to Iran of certain media figures deemed involved in anti-Iran activities.

The Iranian government believes these conditions are part of a new legal and strategic framework that will ensure long-term regional stability. Tehran's uncompromising stance has placed significant challenges before diplomatic efforts to restore peace in the Middle East.

International analysts say conditions such as the closure of US bases and the extradition of media figures are nearly impossible for Washington and its allies to accept. While some allied countries have expressed optimism about Iran's chances of victory, Tehran's six conditions are seen as reflecting its strong position on the battlefield.
