Iran’s internet blackout enters 120 hours
Iran has been almost completely offline for more than 120 hours. Independent network monitoring company Netblocks said that the country's internet connection is currently down to just 1 percent of normal time. CNN reports.
Netblocks has accused Iran's telecommunications companies of behaving autocratically. The organization also claims that legal action is being threatened against users who try to access the main internet network worldwide.
Due to this prolonged internet blackout, it has become difficult to obtain complete and reliable information about the current situation inside Iran.
