Ityadi this time in Jamalpur, featuring these surprises
Popular magazine programme Ityadi has been filmed this time in Jamalpur, the district of nakshi kantha. The camera was set up in Jamalpur to highlight the district’s folk history, tradition, culture, archaeological sites, tourism and various diversities of its remote areas.
In the continuity of filming Ityadi episodes across different parts of the country, this time’s programme has been organised at the open courtyard of Lauchapara recreation centre located at the foothills of the Garo hills in Bakshiganj upazila of Jamalpur.
This episode will feature two different types of songs. One has been sung by Pantha Kanai and Tosiba Begum. The other is a dance-song introducing Jamalpur district. Dual vocals have been provided by Mizan Mahmud Rajib and Sinthi Saha. Local Bangali and Garo artists have taken part in the dance performance with it.
Besides the regular segments, this episode will include several informative and heart-touching reports. The foreign report has portrayed China’s beautiful Suzhou city, which has grown with the unique combination of ancient heritage and modern technology.
There will also be a lively conversation between a Kasem TV reporter and his grandson. Sharp and satirical drama parts on social anomalies and various contemporary issues will be featured. Actors include Solaiman Khoka, Subhasish Bhowmik, Abdullah Rana, Abdul Aziz, Zillur Rahman, Amin Azad, Ananda Khaled, Mukit Zakaria, Sumon Patowary, Anwar Shahi, Tarik Swapan, Sujat Shimul, Abu Hena Roni, Subarna Majumdar and Sabrina Nisa among many others.
Hanif Sanket is involved in the script, direction and presentation of Ityadi. The episode filmed in Jamalpur will be aired on Bangladesh Television after the Bangla news at 8pm on September 25.
