Japanese deputy minister pays courtesy call to PM
Japanese parliamentary deputy minister of foreign affairs Masahiro Okamura paid a courtesy call to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Sunday morning. He paid a courtesy visit to the Prime Minister's official residence, Ganobhaban.
The PM's press wing confirmed the matter. During the meeting, they discussed various issues of the two countries.
Earlier on Saturday morning, the deputy foreign minister of Japan attended the inauguration ceremony of the third terminal of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport. He came to Dhaka on a two-day state visit.
Although Masahiro Okamura came to Dhaka on the occasion of the inauguration of the third terminal, this Japanese deputy minister participated in various bilateral meetings. Sources said, he will visit Cox's Bazar Rohingya camp today.
