Mamitha Baiju's stardom in South Indian cinema has reached a new peak. Three of her films, released within a span of just one month, have each grossed over Rs 200 crore worldwide. With this streak of success, the Malayalam and Tamil actress is going through one of the brightest phases of her career.

Mamitha came into the limelight in 2024 with the film Premalu, which grossed over Rs 135 crore worldwide and made her an overnight sensation. The following year, her Tamil film Dood also crossed the Rs 100 crore mark. However, the success of her July and August releases this year has surpassed even those achievements.

She played a significant role in John Nayagan, the final film of Thalapathy Vijay, which was released on July 23. Her presence in the film caught the attention of audiences. Since its release, the film's earnings have soared and it has now grossed over Rs 324 crore worldwide.

Just three weeks after John Nayagan, Vishwanath & Sons, starring Mamitha alongside Suriya, hit theatres on August 14. The film received an overwhelming response from audiences and has already crossed Rs 200 crore globally.

Following that, on August 21, her Malayalam film Bethlehem Kudumba Unit was released. The pairing of Nivin Pauly and Mamitha Baiju had generated buzz from the very beginning. Within just 14 days of its release, the film has grossed over Rs 231 crore worldwide.

Analysts believe that if this momentum continues, the film could surpass the Rs 300 crore milestone and even break the record for the highest-grossing Malayalam film of all time.

Altogether, with each of her three films in a single month crossing the Rs 200 crore mark, Mamitha Baiju has undoubtedly achieved a monumental success in her career, further solidifying her position in South Indian cinema.
