Misha Sawdagar launches Signature Lifestyle

Fashion brand Signature Lifestyle has officially begun its journey with the inauguration led by Dhallywood actor Misha Sawdagar. The new lifestyle brand was launched on Tuesday, January 26, in Uttara, Dhaka. This marks the first time the popular actor, who has acted in more than 800 films, has inaugurated a fashion lifestyle brand.

Speaking at the event, Misha Sawdagar said he regularly receives invitations to open various brands, but none had interested him until now. He said he chose Signature Lifestyle because audiences trust him and he, in turn, trusts the brand. He praised the vision of the brand’s owners, Ripon Ahmed Sakib and Laila Ahmed, saying the company operates with transparency, honesty and a strong sense of contemporary culture. He also highlighted that the products are affordable and fashion-conscious, wishing the brand success in its new journey.

Signature Lifestyle CEO Laila Ahmed said their products are priced within reach and include a wide range of clothing. She added that customers are being offered special discounts to mark the launch.

At the event, Misha also welcomed the Bangladesh Cricket Board’s decision to bring Shakib Al Hasan back into the national team after a long absence abroad due to political reasons. He said Shakib should have been brought back earlier, adding that mixing politics with culture and sports harms both. He stressed that merit should be the only criterion for national selection and that cricket and politics should not be combined.

Earlier, Misha Sawdagar had strongly criticised the Indian cricket board after Bangladesh pacer Mustafizur Rahman was dropped from the Kolkata Knight Riders squad in the IPL due to political pressure.
