Bangladesh pace bowler Mustafizur Rahman has been retained by Dubai Capitals for the fifth edition of the International League T20 (ILT20). From their previous season's squad, the franchise has also retained West Indian all-rounder Rovman Powell. Additionally, ahead of the auction, the franchise has directly signed Australian all-rounder Marcus Stoinis and Afghan spinner Noor Ahmad. The auction will take place in Dubai on October 1. Prior to that, the list of retained and directly signed cricketers by all six franchises was released on Tuesday.
