Netherlands, Morocco locked in goalless stalemate at half-time
The highly anticipated World Cup Round of 32 clash between the Netherlands and Morocco ended goalless at half-time in Monterrey on Monday, June 29. Both sides created several chances but failed to find the back of the net.

Morocco, despite having less possession, were more effective in attack, registering four shots with two on target. The Dutch earned four corners while Morocco had two. The Netherlands committed six fouls and Morocco five. Neither side received any yellow or red cards in the first half.
