In the midst of escalating conflict in the Middle East, North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has voiced strong support for Iran, warning that Tehran is “not alone” in the ongoing crisis.

“Iran is not alone in this war. The North Korean army has been brought to the highest level of combat readiness. We do not abandon our allies in difficult times,” Kim said in an official statement.

Kim specifically condemned Israel’s recent airstrikes targeting Iranian nuclear and military sites, describing them as threats not only to Iran but to regional stability as a whole.

He also criticized U.S. President Donald Trump’s approach, claiming that Washington’s policies increase violence and undermine diplomatic efforts.

“We fully support Iran. The U.S.’s military aggression and pressure tactics are well known to us. We stand side by side with our friends,” the North Korean leader added.

Experts warn that Kim’s remarks could further complicate the already tense geopolitical situation in the region. Iran welcomed the declaration, highlighting the growth of its international alliances.

As the conflict between Iran and Israel intensifies with numerous missile attacks and casualties, North Korea’s stance marks a significant shift on the global political stage and may indicate the formation of new strategic partnerships.
