Pakistan announce squad for Women’s T20 World Cup 2026

Pakistan Cricket Board has announced a 15-member squad for the upcoming ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2026, with all-rounder Fatima Sana named captain of the side.

The same squad will also participate in the tri-series in Ireland, scheduled to be held in Dublin from May 28 to June 4, featuring West Indies women's cricket team and Ireland women's cricket team.

The squad includes several players set to make their first Women’s T20 World Cup appearance, including Aiman Fatima, Natalia Parvez, Rameen Shamim, Syra Jabeen and Tasmia Rubab. Pacer Diana Baig returns to the side, replacing Amber Kainat, who featured in the previous series against Zimbabwe.

Pakistan will begin their World Cup campaign against arch-rivals India women's cricket team on June 14 in Birmingham. They will later face South Africa, Bangladesh, Australia and the Netherlands in the group stage.

Pakistan Squad:Fatima Sana (captain), Aliya Riaz, Ayesha Zafar, Diana Baig, Iman Fatima, Gull Feroza, Iram Javed, Muneeba Ali, Nashra Sandhu, Natalia Parvez, Rameen Shamim, Sadia Iqbal, Syra Jabeen, Tasmia Rubab and Tuba Hassan.
