Pakistan exacted revenge for their group stage defeat by securing a dominant 191-run victory over arch-rivals India in the Under-19 Asia Cup final on Sunday, November 21.

Having lost the toss in Dubai and being sent in to bat, Pakistan posted a formidable total of 347 for 8 in their 50 overs. The innings was powered by a blistering century from opener Samir Minhas, who scored 172 runs off 113 balls, including 17 fours and 9 sixes. He was well-supported by Ahmed Hussain, who contributed 56 runs off 72 balls. For India, Dipen Devendran took 3 wickets.

Chasing a daunting target of 348, India's batting collapsed under pressure. An aggressive start by opener Suryavanshi Vaibhav ended prematurely, and the team found itself in deep trouble at 68 for 5. Dipen Devendran offered brief resistance with a quick 36 off 16 balls, but India was eventually bowled out for just 156 in 26.2 overs.

The Pakistani bowling attack, led by Ali Raja who claimed 4 wickets, dismantled the Indian batting lineup comprehensively, securing the Under-19 Asia Cup title for Pakistan.
