Pakistani singer Hasan Raheem to perform first concert in Dhaka

Pakistani rapper and singer Hasan Raheem is coming to Bangladesh for the first time to perform live in front of Bangladeshi audiences. He will perform at a concert scheduled to be held in Dhaka this August .

The artist confirmed the Dhaka concert on his verified Instagram account. He is currently on a world tour titled ‘Dil Ke Parde’ . After performing in various cities across North America, London and Europe as part of this tour, he will take the stage at the United Convention Centre in Dhaka on 28 August. The event is being organised by KYN Art. The organisers have said that online advance ticket sales will begin soon .

Hasan Raheem is known for his R&B, hip-hop and indie-pop music. He gained widespread international recognition with his song ‘Pichay Hutt’ from Coke Studio Pakistan Season 14. His subsequent song ‘Turri Jandi’ also earned popularity among audiences . His other popular songs include 'Paisa', 'Radha', 'Faltu Pyaar', 'Aisay Kaisay' and 'Mehbooba' .

Earlier, on 24 July, Pakistani singer Atif Aslam performed a concert in the capital. His nearly two-hour performance captivated audiences . On the other hand, a concert by West Bengal's Anupam Roy, scheduled for Saturday (1 August) at the United Convention Centre, was cancelled at the last minute after the organisers stated they did not receive the necessary permissions .
