Puja Cherry reveals truth about her love life

Puja Cherry is set to star in the upcoming Eid-ul-Fitr release 'Dam'. This marks her first film alongside Afran Nisho and Chanchal Chowdhury. The actress has been seen in a different avatar in the film's teaser. Amidst the film's promotions, she has also opened up about her personal life.

In a recent podcast with a private television channel, Puja Cherry spoke candidly about her career and personal life.

When asked about her love life, she said, "I'll tell you the truth – I am engaged. This is the first time I'm saying this."

Although the actress had hinted at a romantic relationship in an earlier interview.

Speaking about the values in a relationship, Puja Cherry said, "The value of a relationship is very high to me. I don't want the word 'divorce' to be associated with my name. If it's not possible to balance family and acting, I will choose my family and say goodbye to films."

When asked about marriage plans, Puja said she will decide to marry only when she is fully mentally prepared. The wedding will be arranged within the family, and she wants to share the news with everyone when the time comes.

Regarding whether she will continue acting after marriage, the actress said, "The person I'm engaged to is very supportive. He has left it completely up to me whether I want to work in media or not. If I want to work, I will; if not, I'll quit – it's entirely my personal decision."
