Ronaldinho arrives in Dhaka

Legendary Brazilian footballer Ronaldinho has arrived Dhaka today. The former forward of PSG, Barcelona and AC Milan arrived at Dhaka's Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport from Kolkata after 3.00 pm on Wednesday afternoon.

Ronaldinho is visiting Dhaka on the invitation of Indian sports entrepreneur Shatdru Dutta Initiative. He will have a meet and greet event at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Dhaka tonight, where Bangladesh Football Federation president Kazi Salahuddin and national team captain Jamal Bhuiyan, among others, have been invited.

During Bangladesh visit, he will participate in a meet and greet in the evening on this short tour to Dhaka. The Brazilian may also pay a visit to the Prime Minister's Office subject to an appointment of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

Earlier, Argentina's World Cup winning goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez came to Dhaka under Shatdru's patronage.
