Rumeen Farhana's name not in BNP's initial nomination list

The name of Barrister Rumeen Farhana, the joint international affairs secretary of BNP central executive committee, did not appear in the primary list of the party's individual candidates for the 13th parliamentary election.

BNP has announced candidates for 4 out of 6 seats in Rumeen's constituency Brahmanbaria.

However, Brahmanbaria-2 and Brahmanbaria-6 seats have been left vacant.

On Monday (November 3) evening, party Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir is announcing the list of candidates at the Chairperson's office in Gulshan.

Initially, candidates have been nominated for 237 seats and the primary list has been published.
